Chef Brandi gained his experience from High end Hotels, Cruise Ship and Resorts in Dubai, Qatar, USA Cruise Ship, Maldives and Sri Lanka, with a mix of 8 different nationalities in his team. He is always keen on spreading the positive vibes and inspire them to passionately serve each and every guest in the resort.
