E-Gift Vouchers will be dispatched to the recipient once payment has been received via the secure payment link. The payment link will be sent to the purchaser upon submitting the completed online order form. Payments can be made via the link using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Union Pay, Diners Club and Discover.
E-Gift Vouchers will be emailed to the purchaser or the recipient as instructed by the purchaser, hence therefore please make sure that the correct email address is entered in the order form. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the E-Gift Voucher.
E-Gift Vouchers are redeemable against accommodation charges for full or partial hotel reservation payment, or when staying in-house as credit towards incidental charges including spa services, activities and dining. Conditions and blackout dates may apply, please check with the property for specific details.
Acceptance of the E-Gift Voucher entered on a reservation as payment is subject to final verification by the property upon receipt of the booking. E-Gift Vouchers that have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted. Huvafen Fushi reserves the right to contact the purchaser, if necessary.
The E-Gift Voucher recipient can redeem it by presenting an email print-out or a snapshot of the E-Gift Voucher, together with an official form of identification.
Redemption of an E-Gift Voucher is subject to the hotel’s availability, specific room category availability and ‘blackout’ periods outlined by Huvafen Fushi.
E-Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the recipient indicated on the E-Gift Voucher at the time of purchase. Valid photo identification of the recipient is required when redeeming the E-Gift Voucher.
E-Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended beyond the expiry date under any circumstances. The validity period is indicated on the E-Gift Voucher.
E-Gift Vouchers are sold in USD currency, and when redeemed, considered as payment in USD. A minimum purchase of USD 50 applies.
E-Gift Vouchers may only be used for a single transaction by a recipient; the full value must be redeemed at one time.
E-Gift Vouchers may be combined with other forms of payment. Charges in excess of the E-Gift Voucher value must be settled as per the booking terms and conditions.
Unused E-Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded under any circumstances.
Huvafen Fushi reserves the right to amend, change and/ or add to the terms and conditions of this voucher at any time without prior notice to the holder. Any amendment will be effective immediately.
Huvafen Fushi will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or unclaimed E-Gift Vouchers and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances. Data collection and use are subject to the privacy policy of the hotel and personal information collected for the purpose of E-Gift Vouchers will not be used for any other purpose or disclosed to any party other than the named recipient or the purchaser without permission.
E-Gift Vouchers cannot be sold, transferred, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged or promoted as an incentive or reward by any third party as an inducement for any person or other entity to enter into any commercial or other arrangements with that third party. If an E-Gift Voucher is obtained through any of these methods, it will not be honored and will be deemed invalid.
In the event of any dispute regarding the validity of the E-Gift Voucher or identity of the recipient, the decision of the Huvafen Fushi Maldives’ management shall be final and conclusive.
