An experienced and passionate sommelier with over 8 years of expertise in various aspects of the wine industry, including sales, retail, and luxury hospitality. 

Her love for wine began during her teenage years when she spent summers in Burgundy, France. Margarita’s journey in the wine world started in Ukraine, where she worked at a family–owned wine boutique. Her dedication and knowledge led her to become a finalist in the prestigious “Best Sommelier of Ukraine” competition. In 2015, Margarita embarked on a new adventure as a sommelier for luxury cruise lines Oceania, where she spent three years exploring the world and expanding her expertise. In 2018, she furthered her hospitality career in Paris, offering wine tours in renowned regions such as Champagne, Loire Valley, Burgundy, and Bordeaux. Seeking new opportunities Margarita relocated to Dubai in 2019, working at some of the city’s finest French and Italian restaurants. 

Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Margarita successfully completed her WSET Level 3 with merit. Recently, she has been appointed as the Moet Hennessy Brand Ambassador for Maldives, showing her exceptional skills and knowledge in the industry.
