General Payment Policy:

  • For the period of 11th January – 26th December, 100% of the stay payment will be required 21 days prior arrival date.
  • For festive season (27th December – 10th January), 50% non-refundable payment to be made 14 days upon confirmation and 100% payment to be made by 1st August.

General Cancellation Policy: For the period of 11th January – 26th December

  • No charges for cancellation made 22 days prior to arrival date.
  • 50% of the stay charge for cancellation made 15-21 days prior arrival date.
  • 14 days or less to the arrival a 100% of the stay charge.
  • No-show arrivals will be charged with 100% of stay and one-way transfer.


Festive Season (27th December – 10th January)

  • 50% cancellation applies before 31st July.
  • Any cancellation after 1st August will be charged 100% fee.
  • No-show arrival and early departures will be charged with 100% of stay and one-way transfer.

Special periods and length of stay during these dates

A minimum stay of 5 nights per villa required for stays falling over the dates 30th December, 31st December & 01st January. 30th December to 1st  January inclusive are considered as no check-in and no check-out dates.


Speed boat transfers:

  • The resort is approximately 30-minute away from Velana International Airport (formerly known Ibrahim Nasir (Male International Airport) by speed boat.
  • Shared Speed boat transfer rate is US$300 per adult return trip.
  • Private Speed Boat transfer rate is US$750 per way.
  • Private Luxury Speed Boat transfer rate is US$1000 per way.
  • Luxury Yacht (Princess 54 Motor Yacht or similar) transfer rate is US$3000 per way.
  • For shared transfers, there may a waiting time at Huvafen airport Lounge, for a maximum of 30 minutes.


* Transfer rates are subject to 10% service charge & 12% government goods & service tax.

Liability of the Resort:

  • The Resort limits its liability to the Guests as follows:

Claims for damages are excluded except in circumstances which results in injury to life, body or property, caused from an intentional or gross breach of obligation of the Resort.

A breach of an obligation of the Resort is deemed to be equivalent to a breach of a legal obligation.

  • In the event damages are caused to Guests, the Resort shall act to minimise such damages as soon it comes to the knowledge of the Resort without delay. At the same time, Guests are obliged to take such actions to keep the damage at a minimum.
  • Liability claims against the Resort shall expire unless the Guest notifies the Resort within 01 year of the occurrence of the event that cause the damages.
  • Guests are responsible to and advised to procure their own travel insurance to cover any possible incidences while holidaying in the Resort.



Due to privacy concerns, Huvafen Fushi prohibits the operation of unmanned aerial systems or drones. We kindly ask guests to refrain from flying drones anywhere on the island.
