General Payment Policy:
- For the period of 11th January – 26th December, 100% of the stay payment will be required 30 days prior to arrival date.
- For the festive season (22nd December – 6th January), 50% non-refundable payment is to be processed upon confirmation and 100% payment is to be made 90 days prior to arrival.
- All refunds are subject to the applicable bank charges.

Guarantee Policy
- When selecting Pay Now option, a deposit of 25% of the booking charges (excluding any packages) will be required. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the resort. If the Pay Later option is selected, payment must be completed at least 31 days prior to arrival.
Cancel Policy
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will incur 100% charges.
General Cancellation Policy: For the period of 7th January – 21st December
- No charges for the cancellation made 22 days prior to the arrival date.
- 50% of the stay charge for cancellation made 15-21 days prior to arrival date.
- 14 days or less to the arrival a 100% of stay charge.
- No-show arrivals will be charged 100% of their stay and one-way transfer.
- All refunds are subject to the applicable bank charges.

Festive Season (22nd December – 6th January)
- 50% cancellation applies within 90 days of the arrival.
- Any cancellation within 90 days of arrival will be charged a 100% fee.
- No-show arrival and early departures will be charged 100% of the stay and one-way transfer.
- All refunds are subject to the applicable bank charges.

Special periods and length of stay during these dates
A minimum stay of 5 nights per bungalow is required for stays falling over the New Year’s period (30th December, 31st December & 1st January).
These dates — from 30th December to 1st January (inclusive) — are also considered no check-in and no check-out dates.
Speed boat transfers:
- The resort is approximately 30 minutes away from Velana International Airport by speedboat.
- The shared speedboat transfer rate is US$300 per adult return trip.
- The private speedboat transfer rate is US$750 per way*
- The private Luxury Speedboat transfer rate is US$3000 per way*
- For shared transfers, there may be a waiting time at Huvafen Airport Lounge, a maximum of 30-40 minutes.
*Prices are for up to 6 pax per boat, per way.
* Transfer rates are subject to a 10% service charge & 17% government goods & service (GST) tax.
